Sacred Space through the Seasons: Day-Long Retreats for Women
Join Meghan and Lisa MacLean of Crescent Moon Wellness & Yoga and Kris Foss of Moon Mama Herbals for a year-long series of one day retreats for women.
These retreats will bring women together in the time honored tradition of women’s circles to tune in to the unique gifts of each season.
Each retreat will offer an opportunity for gentle and restorative yoga, Reiki, meditation, herbal education, and activities to focus on the specific season and corresponding energy.

Our intention at Crescent Moon Wellness and Yoga is to provide experiences that promote well-Being and enhance growth and self-healing. The Latin roots of the word crescent are creare, to create, and crescere, to grow. The crescent moon, in its cycle of waxing and waning, symbolizes fertilizing the new and then allowing the old to release and compost, creating new growth. Our services–classes, workshops and treatments–are offered in the spirit of honoring your creative energies and unique growth.
